Holistic Pulsing is a gentle, nourishing bodywork therapy that uses rhythmic rocking combined with soft pressure and subtle movements such as stretching, sifting, shaking, swinging, bouncing, and rotation. The speed and depth of the pulses respond to the body’s needs, inviting a state of ease where tension and stored patterns can soften and release naturally.
Trauma is a natural part of the human experience. When emotional experiences are not fully processed, they can be stored in the body as memory. In addition to our personal experiences, we may absorb emotional imprints from others, as well as inherit unresolved trauma through our ancestral lineage. These layers can create unconscious patterns that limit our ability to fully express our authentic selves.
Holistic Pulsing offers a gentle, body-based approach to working with these stored memories. Through rhythmic, wave-like movement, the nervous system is supported to soften and regulate, allowing held patterns to surface and release without force. Rather than analysing or revisiting trauma through the mind, pulsing works directly with the body’s innate capacity to restore balance, safety, and flow.
Working with the whole being — skeleton, muscles, breath, energy, emotions, and awareness — Holistic Pulsing listens deeply to the body’s natural rhythms. This creates a sense of inner safety where release happens organically, in the body’s own time.
Sessions are performed fully clothed on a massage table. Clients are invited to relax completely and receive, while the gentle rhythmic motion supports relaxation, circulation, mobility, energy flow, and a return to ease, vitality, and wholeness.
